More pictures soon!

Bret took some pictures today that are pretty funny. He's actually pretty good with the camera! I'll post some later... I don't have much time right now but I thought I'd give a quick update!

Both big boys had spelling tests this Friday (did you know they give spelling tests in kindergarten?!?). And both of them got 100%!!! Parker usually misses a couple words, but this time he got them all right! I quizzed him orally versus having him write them like he usually does. I think it worked!

Tubby was sick last week. Poor little guy :( He had a fever and was projectile vomiting. It was really weird! I've never seen a baby puke like that. Fortunately, he is not eating solids yet so the puke was not gross. He did that off and on for about 5 days then after about the 3rd day of the fever I started to get a little worried. I took him to the Dr on Saturday and they said it was just a virus and he'd be fine. I figured as much, but sometimes it's good to hear the Dr say that! He is doing much better now and the fever is gone. BUT, now Parker is sick! Poor kid. He was so calm last night so I knew something was wrong! Today he has a fever and is just laying on the couch and has taken 2 naps so far. Very out of character for him. I hope it doesn't las as long as Tubby's did.

Bret is doing good... not sick (knock on wood). He is really into driving the jeep out in the front down the sidewalk right now. He does it about every day! He's a pretty good driver. The other day he was driving along and singing really really loud. He was singing the jingle from the commercial for Advantage (the flea killing stuff you put on cats and dogs): There ain't no bugs on me, there ain't no bugs on me, there may be bugs on some of you mugs, but there ain't no bugs on me! It was so funny!

This week we are getting ready for my parents' visit! They are coming on Saturday! I am also hosting a workshop for LLL on Saturday so this is cleaning week. I got the boys' rooms cleaned up today so tomorrow the plan is to rent a carpet cleaner and shampoo all the carpet. Hopefully that will all work out! I have to plan when I am going to clean what b/c if I clean too early, it will just get dirty again before Sat!
